Each product is crafted with care. Now it’s your turn to take care of your Cheex Craft product. If you have any questions about your product or if it is not listed below, please contact me here.

    • Hand-wash with care.

    • Hang product to dry.

  • Cloth Material

    All clothing is steamed before and after personalization.

    • Wait at least 48 hours after receiving your product to wash to let the design settle.

    • Turn product inside out.

    • Hand-wash or machine-wash with gentle cycle and cold water.

    • Hang product to dry for a long-lasting design.

    • If steaming, please avoid steaming design.

  • Drinkware

    • Store item in a cool dry place.

    • Do not place drinkware in the microwave or dishwasher.

    • Avoid placing in direct sunlight or heat for a long period of time.

    • Hand-wash with care for a long-lasting design.

    • Keep in a dry place.

    • Avoid direct sunlight for a long period of time.
